Anyone seen God lately

I know it's hard to believe that God has so many enemies in the U.S. As far back in history as the Crusades, it has been clear that Christianity was to be eschewed in the MidEast and that most of God's enemies were there. Arguments could be made for Stalinist Russia and China and the other adherents of Communism but they throttled back their animosity toward Christianity before they reached the stage of beheading small children and the mass murders of Christians. It would seem that homegrown atheism emerged and burgeoned with the coronation of Obama and his cloistered group of treasonous followers in the White House. Their assault on the tenets of Christianity began almost immediately and has grown in that it gave that miniscule percentage of our population a voice which was allowed to become amplified as Obama and Valerie Jarrett bade the MSM to provide a platform for the strident voices of a few activists within the atheist community...albeit a small percentage of that community. If one took the time to look back into the past, the heinous acts against Christians in the MidEast began in 2009 when the apologetic president of the United States began touring the Arab nations and bowing to foreign potentates. I will not draw any conclusion that Obama is responsible for the current pogrom against Christianity but I will expostulate that it wasn't the fault of George Bush. Christians have been persecuted since the Romans and Jewish leadership pursued Jesus and his followers. In more recent times the Christian missionary organization, Open Doors ( UK ), 100 Million Christians face persecution, particularly in Muslim-dominated countries. According to the International Society for Human Rights, up to 80% of acts of persecution are directed at people of the Christian faith. In Obama's pogrom against the United States and our country's proud, hard fought for legacy, marginalizing Christianity was only part of the plan...but an important part! Though diverse, we are a "faith based" society. Taking away our faith is part of the progressive agenda...just like taking away our guns. Take away our guns and Bibles and where are we?Did I hear someone say..."Onward Christian Soldiers"?  Jim Morris
